Legoland Malaysia

Legoland Malaysia is Malaysia’s first major international theme park, the sixth Legoland theme park to be built, and the first Legoland built in Asia. Legoland Malaysia is located at the Southern top of the Malay peninsula near to Singapore, a strategic location which opens the theme park up to both the Malaysian market and the Singaporean market, whose consumers have far higher spending power than their Malaysian counterparts. Legoland Malaysia is expensive by Malaysian standards but its also a very high quality facility under British management.

Attractions at Legoland Malaysia

Legoland Malaysia is split into two parts: Legoland and Legoland Water Park. Visitors can buy tickets for each separately or a ticket that allows them to visit both parts of the park. Legoland itself features 70 rides and attractions. There is a lot to see and do there and children will really enjoy it. Legoland Malaysia has recreated what Legoland does best since its original incarnation in Denmark in 1968 which is to recreate miniature versions of well known landmarks around the world. At Legoland Malaysia they have recreated small Lego version of important landmarks and cities across Asia, including Angkor Wat in Cambodia, the Taj Mahal in India, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. This is fun and its educational, exactly as the makers of Lego intended the toy to be.
